Shopping with Gildana Health Care is simple! You can either:
- Click on a product category from the left hand navigation bar and Start Shopping!
- Order any time day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Check stock availability immediately
- Track you orders online
- Feel safe in the knowledge that all your details are kept secure
- Call our order line on 03 9752 3455 during normal office hours
- For ease and speed of ordering, please make a note of product names, variations and codes.

How to shop online in the Gildana Health care website
Simply follow these step by step instructions
- Browse or search for a specific product using the category navigation bar
- Add an item to your basket by clicking on the "add to cart" button
- You will then be taken to your basket where you can specify the quantity for each item, continue to shop, or proceed to checkout
- If you are not already signed in, you will be asked to do so before you can proceed to checkout
- Once on the secure server you will be asked to give your address and delivery address details
- Before submitting your payment details you will be asked to check and amend, proceed or cancel your order - simply tick the appropriate box and click "continue"
- On the order summary which follows, simply confirm your personal, invoice and delivery details and enter your credit card details
- Your order is not placed until you click the continue button
- When you do so you will be taken to a confirmation page , which will give you an order number which you should keep as a reference. You should also receive an email from us with your order details.
Please provide a full address for us to deliver to along with any special instructions.
